I had initiated a query last month with VSC and now I can't never seem to call up the toll free # and get any information on my case status. After I am asked to enter my case #, i get a message - something like "due to temporary system error, your case cannot be found. Please call back again."
I have read it in the forum that this usually happens after you raise an enquriy. Does anyone know of a workaround or how long this is going to stay like this?
