just now called BCIS. They told me that it takes officially 19 months from the RD to process I-485 cases. she told me to contact next week since my RD is 3rd Jan.

\my sympathies with you. BTW the national sevice ctr told me 19 months and I can not call them again because I did not complete 19 months yet. Also, in the meantime, I recd notice for 2nd FP.

What is their excuse in your case?
