Just called that 800 # and got through after waiting for ~10 mins. I know it's useless to call, just wondering if they know anything for the 2nd FP(my 1st one expired for a month now). The IIO was reasonable, with some sort of strange accent (I also doubt if they would out resourse this service somewhere now). Anyway, what he can do is the same as me, get the receipt # and read it from the website. Ok, good news is they change their schedule from last month's 21 month expectation to 24 months and he assures me that I have no choice but to renew my EAD. My last question is asking him if I should be expecting my second FP, he said it's all in the process, you should just wait but nothing else.

Well, guys, at least I tried.

I think that the money they spend in keeping NCSC, they can use the same money to hire some more adjudicators at service centers, atleast that will help us!!!!
