BCIS received my RFE response on June 24. To this date I haven't heard anything from them. The RFE cover letter states the following "If you have not heard from us within 60 days from
resubmission the you may contact this office"
Since 60 days have already passed, I called BCIS this morning. The person I spoke to, requested info. such as Alien number, address,date of filing, telephone number, dependents, DOB etc. I was then told that I will be put in the system and that BCIS will get back to me in 30 days.
I hope to hear favorably from BCIS. Also, my FP expired in July. So, hope I am not asked to FP again.
