Yesterday. Spoke with a Lady and asked her about the status on my case. She suggested me to wait for another week as BCIS has received my RFE response on 18th August and takes about 19 days (Don't know for what??) and could approve my case.
And if she sends a inquiry then my case will be on hold for 4 weeks. So better WAIT!!!!!

Interesting?????

RFE 31st July 03 for Medical Exam (Responded on 12th August)

Please provide VERMONT service center address where you have sent your RFE reply. Any attention? or Any reference no. for RFE?

I don't have the address handy and my company immigration department replied to that RFE. Sorry, I dont know how they replied.
 
I hope even I get approved in 19 days.. I replied RFE 2 weeks back but no change in online message.

I never heard of this 19 days figure before after RFE is replied. She asked me to call back after waiting 19 days is passed.

How is this 19 days figure came up?? Any Idea GUYS!!!

My 1st FP is already expired on 6 August.

Hope for the Best... :-)

Not to disappoint you

But most probably you'll become one of us... You'll have to wait to get 2nd FP notice and then only the Gods at VSC will look at your case...sometime!!!! But it's good that the IIO is saying something positive about your case. Goodluck!

You don't have to. But some cases you want more attention put

Attn to Service Center Director.

For RFEs I will suggest to put orginial address only.

I am in similar situation like yours. Have you thought of calling INS and requesting them about 2nd FP?
I am thinking to do that. But I want to consult with my lawyer first and he is not available. as usual.

I called the 1-800 # and was told that they could not do anything about sending FP notice - VSC would send it when they realize it :rolleyes:

I have initiated a case status query on 08/27. Let's see what they say!

Finally, I have received RFE from my old company lawyer by mail. BCIS had send my REF to differnt comany in error and luckly that company had forwarded my post to my old company and my old company lawyer also send it me.

RFE detail:

(1) Original letter on company letterhead from your prospective employer who filed from I-140/I-360 on your behalf.
(2) last two months earning statements
(3) Federal Income tax returns for the last two years.

I am submitting all the documents along with current/new employer stating that I have used AC21.

Is that fine or can create problem?

No Man ...

Since then I called BCIS twice trying to explain them that I was advised to call back after 1st week of September If I don’t hear anything.
Now, they are saying its taking 20 months from the date of RD and they can not even generate an enquiry before that as system won’t allow. So, call back in Oct.
I think these guys are just as ignorant about the procedure as us and total waste of time talking to these jokers after holding phone for 10-15 min.

According to online/AVM, BCIS received my "mysterious" RFE response on Aug 18th. I am still waiting. Both mine and my wife's FP1 expired. My wife's message is still same old FP1 received and processing resumed. Its kinda intresting that we both have same RFE response recd message and my RD is Feb 15th.

Lets hope something happens...
