Called BCIS, and placed a query, does it help?

The lady said, i'll receive a letter from BCIS in three to four weeks.

My RD is Nov. 14, 2001, i've done my second FP over four months ago, and really don't know what's going on... :-(

Initiated 1st query on Aug. 27th - Never received any reply

Called 1-800-375-LATE again - all they could do was initiate another query (on Oct. 13)

Haven't yet received reply for either of the queries
 
can you guys write a reg. letter and attach copy of Fp letter done ,received at the time of FP completed and mail to VSc mentioning that 2nd Fp is completed and now pls look into the case ? lets try if that works.
 
4 weeks have passed, still no reply...

I even have not received 2nd FP (19 months have passed)...

Any suggestions what might be done ?????????????
