Called 23rd Dec. Still No FP

Q: Does it come by regular mail or is it by registered post ??
A: Regular mail. It's a white cover from "Department of Justice".
Q: Does the FP come to you or your Lawyers ?
A: It comes to your home address. But I guess the lawyer gets a courtesy copy too. I am not sure. I have a lousy lawyer. Actually I faxed her a copy of my FP after I got it.
Given the number of holidays since you called, may be you'll get it before next Wednesday (01/15/2003). Good luck.

I also called on 12/23 after seeing your posting and I got a similar response that you got and the IIO told me that I would get my FP within 2-3 weeks but I would wait until 3rd week as Baji's rightly said that due to X-mas & New Year holidays it may take more time to get that we 're told.
BTW. I also called just an hour back and this time the IIO told me that the she would folllow up with the Scheduling system and don't know how it goes. But one thing I 'm pretty sure that '01 filers (May - Oct ND) started getting and may be in a couple of weeks we may taste that good word aka "FP received"
