Call USCIS for status

Are you guys able to call USCIS (1-800-375-5283) and speak to a live person about your I-130 status? I can only get an automated status.
 
I have the same issue. I called over and over again. However, no matter which options I choose, I can never get to speak to a live person.

I finally figured out there are two ways to speak to a live person:

1) Report an immigration violation; OR
2) Request change of address.

You'll need to apologize at first for selecting either option. Then they should be politely helping you.
