Dont mean to bust your bubble but...
The finger prints notices are being sent out in bulk by a contractor
who has a list of all the folks who are expired.
The RFE will go out when an IIO picks up the case.
The first event does not suggest the second event is imminent.
There are people who have received 2nd FP wac02-197xxxxx
I would not expect those people, myself included to be seeing
a RFE any time soon.

My case is 116.
First FP: once upon a time around April or May of 2002.
No second FP notice yet.
When searching for my case status online it always has been shown this message:
Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application.
Same kind of message on the phone ...
