Call from INS

A while ago I got a call from INS saying there were multiple calls to NCS from my phone# and asked if I made the calls and if the problem has been resolved. I said its been resolved.Did any one get similar calls ? Does it have any impact on peding application.

I used to make multilple calls from my Mobile. I did not call today. The lady asked if I have any problem with any of the cases I filed and if its been resolved.

how to make them listen!
I didn't get this. Are they recording your call number from their
national consumer hotline (1-800 number) ? They get millions of calls on that number. Please clarify.
 
I do not have any problem except that my case is taking too much time. But I do check randomly few of the 485 cases that are prior and after to my case, just like any of those suffering from prolonged case adjudication delays.
 
If they can spend time and resources on doing all this phone reecording analyzing etc why dont they divert sources on speedy approvals of 485?
