Hi Guys -

Got my PP stamped today. I went in at 6:40 AM, stood in the appointment line. Was the 6th person to be let in.

Got out by 8:30 AM. It was pretty smooth.

If you are going for your GC stamping, you need not go there any earlier than 6:30 AM. You can go and stand in the appointment line. That should get you in the first 10-15 batch. I think a lot of folks that I know of, stood in the non-appointment line, without realizing that they were eligible to stand in the appointment line.

Check the I-485 approval notice for the days you can get in. For example, My notice told me that I can go in on any Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu, between 7:30 and 11:00 AM.

Ciao,
Californian

Yes! It is true!

Hi Californian,

Thanks for the advice to be in the appointment queue by 6:30 am. I went to the INS office at 6:30 and went directly to the appointment queue. I was let in without any question. The non-appointment queue is really big. I could come out by 8:30 after getting my passport stamped. They just asked for all the documents I have like: I-94, EAD(s), AP and 2 photos. The whole process was very fast and easy.
