Can someone please inform us how does the service center operate ? what are the various departments ? How many people work in each ? What are the staffing levels per each type of filing ? How many cases are approved everyday ? Do staff float between 140 / 485 ?
From my reading of this forum I understand the biggest road block is FBI name check. Finger Printing is also a concern, although a minor one. Somehow I feel we have discussed the various steps in 140 / 485, types of RFE etc etc. But perhaps its now time to discuss CSC itself.
Also, someone mentioned that the officers each have codes assigned to them. Can we build a database of the officers, there past trends in approving/denying cases etc ? I believe this will help everyone.
