California Labor Processing times

My LC/RIR for greencard was filed on the first week of sept 2001. The current State Processing time for California/San fransisco is Oct 2001. But I have still not got my LC. Is there one more stage in the LC process? and does anyone know how long it will take for me to get the LC approval.

LC process consists of two stages:

SESA & DOL

Your case first needs to go from SESA to DOL and then DOL certifies it.

If your case was filed in SESA in Sep 01 your case would have transfered to DOL by Now (as per my case which was filed in Late Aug 01). And this transfer took place in August 02. So DOL is processing Dec 01 received cases andwhen it comes to Aug 02 my case will be completed (which i am guessing it will take another 6-7 months.

Find out if your case has been sent to DOL and if so find out the date too.
