I am a new member and I come here for a specific reason. That is to find out what heck is going on with Federal Labor process time in San Francisco. Up until now, it's still posted as 1/2002. This thing is slow as my grandma's hadicap cart. Does anyone care to know why? I do. It took me a year to wait for the State level DOL to get approved. Now it looks like I have to wait another year and half or two for the Federal level DOL. What make California so special? Is there anything we as petitioner can do?
