California ==> Accurate Processing Times

Hi,

The California Labor Tracker and www.immigration.com Processing Times link states that as of May 15, 2003 the DOL SFO RIR Processing Date is 06/2002 and that of Non-RIR is 05/2002 which I feel is incorrect. I just checked up BCIS gov site and here it is: http://ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp

Please if somebody explain how can DOL SFO jump from Jan 2002 to June 2002?

It is correct on Immigration.com.. You can call SF DOL AVM (Automatic Voice Mail System) & press 1,1.. They update it every monday & last update was RIR:July 2002 & Non:May2002

For Processing Date Call 415 975 4601 & Then Press 1, 1...Its get updated every monday.

For a perticular case call 415 975 4617.. You need to enter Case Number OR Employer Phone number to track your case.
