I jsut got my CAIPS notes and it shows that my BFD date is 23-03-06. Now I applied in February 2005 and got my Aor in March, so according to this I have to wait for a year for them to do my screening to get my initial assessment! Or rather is this just a tentative date and should I expect my IA in the standard 7-9 months from the AOR?

Hi
The BF is just a tentative date to remind the officer to look at the file in case there has been no action. If there is action on a file, i.e. document arrives etc, then it is automatically "Brought Forward". The BF is to insure that a file doesn't get lost in the shuffle.

What is CAIPS & from where can I apply for it?
From where can I get details regarding this?Is there any time only after which CIPS notes can be requested?
