i'm interested to study in a college/university in california for 4 years and i hope to get a california residency status while im there. how do i do this and is it possible?
i found that i have to reside in california for a year before i can apply for a CA residency. my plan is to apply for residency in my 2nd year of college. can anyone tell me what other conditions i need to fulfill to gain the residency and are there any other ideas to get a CA residence?
PS: i would have to start off with a F-1 visa when i'm in california.
