Folks:
I have an interview scheduled this week in a local office in CA. Will provide a detail account of what happened.
For now, here are some questions?
- Should i require a DE-6 report and Tax returns? Would be nice, but my employer said unless it is a must, they would rather not provide them.
P.S; DE-6 is CA specific quaterly wage and withholding report for all employees.
(Annual report similar to DE-6 will be provided though, but not Tax returns.)
My newly hired attorney feels that should be fine. But can not recommend that Tax returns are must, since BCIS did not ask for it in the interview letter.
In addition, i have collected some details on projecting company's positive aspects such as industry reports, company press reports, it is a privately held company with 120 employees)
- from (bbad, verylonwait) posts, DE-6 or payroll report and Employer tax returns were NOT asked in the interview letter.
It was not clear to me if they submitted to the officer? or If the officer specifically asked for them?
Am i reducing the probability of getting a decision same day by not taking employer tax returns??
What else can i do to end my GC ordeal more than 4 years from orginal job ads for LC??
Thanks
maald
