Interestingly employment letter was not a part of RFE.
Even if it would have been a part of RFE and say a company refuses to give, anybody please suggest:
1. Can a company refuse in situation like this, means, does any company have legal rights to refuse a simple letter for the sake of immigration?

2. I have read in other post that employment letter was to be taken together with other things for interview. Can anybody share if there was any complications from company side and INS side in the past?

I have been here since morning.
Worried and anxious since Iam myself in the same boat.
I am not a lawyer, CPA or anybody connected to INS laws and immigration matters. Iam one just common people like everybody who came to US and struggling since then to understand different tricks this land plays with immigrants. Sometimes feels like Iam a sophisticated modern slave.
Thanks for your kind help and I will certainly tell my friend to discuss this on this forum if he wishes to.
To tell you the truth I had not involved myself in these INS laws until recently I started because my RD is 18th Jan'02, I started to visit this forum and found it interesting and informative.
Till today I have no idea about the ways and means to deal with INS when it comes to. Iam just dependent on my Attorney and Iam practically fed up with him too. I am yet to see this type of non responsible creature on this earth. He is only interested for money and just money. He just does not care. Inspite of giving him so much fee, I didnot get services. I am keeping quite because Iam so close to GC now and will deal with later.

So in nutshell, friend I wanted to share with everyone my experiences and infact wanted to alert everybody. This is what has happened. How it happened, how is it going to be solved, I have no idea and no knowledge. There are lot and lots of question still lingering but let it go. Hope to get GC soon, no matter how?
