Interestingly employment letter was not a part of RFE.
Even if it would have been a part of RFE and say a company refuses to give, anybody please suggest:
1. Can a company refuse in situation like this, means, does any company have legal rights to refuse a simple letter for the sake of immigration?
2. I have read in other post that employment letter was to be taken together with other things for interview. Can anybody share if there was any complications from company side and INS side in the past?
