Hi All,

For the last few weeks we have been on a townhome hunt in NJ and have been overwhelmed by it. I hope this is the same with all of you have already purchased a house as well as with some of you who are still hunting, like me. I started this thread as a follow up to the last thread which was pretty good discussion, except that it was not attracting much hits after it was moved to the "unrelated" threads. Might be because of the subject.
My info: we are looking for townhome(used or new) in the mercer county region, specially in the lawrenceville, east windsor, plainsboro, hamilton, bordentown areas.
BTW, this thread is an open discussion to anyone buying a home/townhome in NJ(not restricted to mercer county), since I believe there is much more information that can be acquired and shared even though buying in different county.
Thanks!!

If you're interested...

Sharbell builders (www.sharbell.com) have new constructions in both Robbinsville and Plainsboro...

Thanks! Infact we had looked at this development. 415K for a townhouse
We are now on the hunt for 5-10 year old townhouses.
3 years back the condo that I rented was selling for 65K. Now the same costs 110K.

Look at windsor meadows in east windsor (behind shoprite)...you can get a 2 yr old one without basement for 350k
