hi,

i got usa citizenship and applying for OCI once i get my oci will i be able to buy a flat or bunglow in mumbai and what deductions can i claim related with taxes in usa or india

As per the rules for US citizens, you have to include the flat income/rent in US annual income (overseas asset) and pay proper taxes.
