I am planning to buy a house withing two months. Is there any complications or laws relating to it? Other words is there any differences between an h1 person buying a house than to a Green Card holder/ US Citizen buying?

Many of my freinds have bought houses while on H1b, i dont see any problems with it.
there are no difference between, h1b, holder and GC holder to purchase house.
