I applied for a blanket L1A visa last week and had no problems: forms were very specific regarding my "A" status (manager), they didn't even check most of the supporting documentation, everything was very cool, etc. The problem is that today I received the actual visa document (stamped to my passport) and it just says: Visa "R" Type/Class L1 but it doesn't say if it's an A or a B??? I'm assuming it's an A because that's what I (and my company) requested and I had no problems at the interview. But, how can I be sure? Shouldn't the visa stamp have an A or a B printed somewhere???

I'm really nervous and frustrated right now. I have my new visa right in my hands but I dunno what I got!!

Thanks for your comments.

Relax bro!! "A" or "B" classification are specified only in I-129 and not in Visa. For future extensions as well, I-129 will form basis

Thanks. I've checked the I-129. There is a column on the right for USCIS Use only, there's a seccion saying: Approved as: [checkbox] Manager/executive or [checkbox] Specialized knowledge... both checkboxes were left blank by the viceconsul...? Then a seal of approval below: "Blanket L1/L2 Approved" and the signature of the lady. I guess that if she didn't check any of the A or B boxes then it's assumed that the status requested was granted (A, in this case).
