hello everybody,thanks in advance,i am doctor from india,i came here on a B1/B2 visa.they gave me one month at port of entry.i filed for a extension of my visa and i have not got the reply.i also filed for h1b from a program,will there be problem in getting approval for my h1b,please kindly reply.
