Business Visa for H1B holder

Hi!
I am from India and I am currently in US on H1B Visa. I have to visit Canada on a project. I will still be an employee of the US Company. What kind of visa do I need to get for this. Will I be able to take my wife with me as a dependent for the duration of the project?

If you are going on a project, you should qualify for a business visa. Your wife should be able to accompny you. How long is the project for? If I am not mistaken if you will paid in Canada, you should probably apply for a work visa. Browse the Canadian Consulate web site, and you should be able to get more info.
