I worked for BSS in new jersey for one of their clients.
They are the biggest crooks of all time. I signed a contract for x amount of dollars and after one month they start telling me that they have to reduce my rate by $5 which I accepted because things were tight and after three months, I was making the minimum amount which is required by the INS law around $17 dollars.
So be careful, God has been very kind that for me every thing got processed and I dont have to deal with such ass holes any more.
Once you are on H-1/b your options are very very limited so be carefull before U sign any thing with this company they will sign some thing and pay U some thing and if U raise hue and cry they will simply tell U accept it or leave it.
This is only my experience !!!!! rest is upto U & Goodluck
