Hello, I am confused about a thing.
It is my understanding that it is possible for a UK citizen to enter the US in "non-immigrant" status if they invest enough to buy their own business.
What I would like to know is if renting out a property qualifies as such a business (and if not, why not basically).
Would it also be possible to START such a business, or are there even more problems with this?
