Business partner threatens to accuse me of marriage fraud

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for any helpful information.

I am a green card holder through marriage (unconditional green card since the beginning of the year) and a member of a US LLC. After my business partner repeatedly breached his duty of loyalty on multiple fronts, I decided to file a lawsuit to have him removed, with litigation now in process. Among many things, I found out that he threatens and is planning on accusing me of marriage fraud, which of course is lie. I wanted to see how other members of the forum think this might affect me or how I should handle it.

If it's a lie you should not worry. They are independent cases , for the lawsuit for the LCC your immigration problems are irrelevant.
