Business on EAD

Hi,

I am working on EAD in IT field (full time) and I am the primary applicant in GC .
Couple of questions..

1) Can I open or do business other than IT field on EAD ?

2) Can I do any other part time job on EAD ? If yes, does their w2's cause any issues in I-485 approval?
