Has anyone had experience with checking the "NO" in the "normal requirements" question(item H12), thus claiming business necessity? For example, what did you claim, did the DOL ask for documentation/evidence? If so, what evidence did you provide? Was it accepted by the DOL? Please share some successful business necessity stories so others can learn.
