I’ve seen several requests for a template of the letter that was used to justify business necessity. I haven’t seen any answers yet. According to the PERM tracker several individuals have filed with business necessity and/or got audit. Could anyone provide any information about what was used to document business necessity? Please rely to the trend and/or by private message.
