Dear Joef or any other Members,
Me and My wife have applied for AOS using h1-B (on EAD now).
1. Can any own of us start a business of our own now ? or after getting GC? who will be more elgible? me or my Wife?
2. Also please tell me what is the procedure involved in it . Like getting Govrnment Approvals? or any papers works ??
3. Planning to start small business like small store selling 99cents items or small shop with food items/groceries. will that have any issues?
4. Should the INS/ IRS / Local State dept be informed ??
