I am Canadian Citizen working on H1B. My GC is under process. I would like to open a business like gift/convenience store. Since I have no legal right to work anywhere except the company who holds my H1. I'll hire people to work in the store.
Is it OK to do business on H1B. Is there any negative impact on my GC process doing so? Or things I should be watch out etc...... Please share your thoughts.
