Bush/Senators reach an agreement on Immigration reform

On shusterman.com, news ticker says that Bush and senators have agreed on a deal on immigration and would pass the bill by may end to expand EB, FB and H1B programs apart from legalization of illegal immigrants.

Is this true? Does anyone have any other info on it??
