lake lady did you get your SS # yet and if so what documents did you bring
my wifes card came in mail today it has her married name on it .
we will bring
1) Birth certificate
2) Birth certificate translation
3) Passport
4) Florida ID card
5) EAD card
6) ITIN notice and #
7) Marriage license what else?

Sorry Eric, can't help ya... I've had a SSN for a while now, as I worked on a J-1 visa one time. However, if she needs to change her name I guess the EAD, maybe the NOA's to prove taht she filed everything, passport, DL and definitely marriage certificate. Don't think birth certificate is necessary. But I'd just bring everything, you don't want to go through SSA line more than once
