Bug in Case Status Portfolio

After you log into your portfolio and close your browser without logging out explicitly it won't allow you to log back in and it says you are already logged in. You have to wait for a while before you can log back in.

Atleast it is cool that they're using Jakarta Struts ... quite a stable technology

This has nothing to do with the struts.
One can easily do this using Java servlets
