Buffalo Letter 60 Days

I received a letter from the Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo telling me to submit the following document in one package along with this letter within 60 days otherwise they will refuse my application.
-proof of available funds.
-update letter of reference from current employer.
-update FBI police certificate
-proof that medical examination was taken.

I’m going to submit all the request documents hopefully on time. I lost the letter they send me to attach along the requested documents, is their any problem if I send all the documents on time without the letter they send me. Thanks to all feed back.

- MAHESH - Its ok if you send the documents without their letter. But you make sure that you write a letter mentioning the attached documents along with your case file ID.
 
If you can't submit in time, send them a fax and tell them the reason like you receive the letter late or finger prints takes too long. You may get an extension that way.

-Mahesh- It really depends upon what other documents you have to submit, I got 90 days for FBI clearance and Police Clearance from India. Medical can be done within a week's time by having an earliest appoitment with the prescribed doctor.

Police clearence from the state Waiting for the same, they told us it would take more time. It seems like we will not it within the 60 days limit.

Medicals Received the forms day before yesterday. Going for it on 22nd. Now the doc says it will leave the office after 2 weeks. W should be Ok as our 60 days expire on 13th March, but what if gets late reaching there.

60 days for the medicals is to get it done, or to reach Ottawa?

Can we send the doc's receipt as proof with the FBI, and then later send the PC from the state?

When should I ask them for extension, is it too soon, should we wait till the end of feb for the the PC, our 60 days expire on 13th March?

Please advise.

THey will not refuse your appliation if you do not meet 60 days timeline. I sent all I had in 45 days (Bank stmts, and FBI clearance) and sent my Indian PCC after 80 days along with ROLF.
