New Bush budget and the growing deficit could strain the already poorly managed INS and DOL. This would later on become even worse unless we get out of this loophole soon.
BRC morons are only going to slow things down answer one button everyday on their new super stupid software and clear maybe few cases in two or three years...the rest will again be sitting in another pile till a new funding is allocated.
Why do not they clear their backlogs and get rid of the headache you know....it beats me...they had to spend so many additional millions...if they do it right they can save all that money and use it somewhere else where people really need help. 15 mils for their laziness....no matter how good you are with comming up with a plan if you do not execute it..you are at square 1...the chicago morons...sat for 1 year and did not clear one case....they could have atleast cleared a couple of hundred and reduced their own burden...what were they doing??? As bush said eliminate this dept alltogether...it does not produce any good results.
