I am currently in the US on a L1 Visa. My visa stamping on the passport expires on 10th May 2006. I already obtained approval from USCIS for extension of my L1 petition till 05/23/2010. I am going to India, transiting through Brussel via Jet Airways, on 15th Mar'08, to get a fresh L1 stamping on the passport.
Can you please let me know if i will need a transit visa for transiting through Brussel ?
