Brother Received Greencard

Hi My Brother has received his green card just this week.
I have been applying through the DV lottery for years (incl. 2010)
Can I now get a green card through my brother?

He can only file for you after he becomes a citizen. You then have to wait for a number to become available; depending on your country of birth, it can be a very long wait.

You should apply through the DV lottery too. There is nothing preventing you from winning as well.
