bringing Parents to visit US

Hi,
I want to bring my parents to US. I am greencard holder.
What are the documents required? My Project got over. I am No longer with my company.

Do i have to give letter from company to US consulates. Please write the form I need to fill up.Other Important document i need submit to get visitor visa for my parents.

I am visiting india in few days. I will be back only on feb 2005. If i get visitor visa stamping within 1 month,can i bring them on Feb 2005.

Documents required to sponsor parents visitor visa

Here are the documents I sent for my mother's visitor visa. This was before 9/11 but I believe the list remains same.

1. Letter from employer that you work with them as "post" and salary "...".
2. Lease agreement.
3. Bank statement and any other proof of your financials.
4. A letter from you addressed to US consulate in India. The letter should say that you work for xyz company and want to bring your parents to visit you to US, their travel and all other expenses will be bourne by you and you will ensure their return in due time. Provide your contact details and list of documents enclosed. Note that I did not notorise the letter.
5. Copy of your passport with H1B/Green Card stamping and first and last page.
