Bringing Parents to US, while on AOS

Hi Board,

I am working on EAD and recently visited india and entered US
on Advance Payrol and my Adjustment of Status is still
pending...
My questions is :
I want to bring my parents on visitors visa, What are the
documents required for visitors visa...
i am not on h1b anymore...

Docs

Hi,

I sent in following docs recently. My parents have not applied yet:

1) Employment letter from company (2 copies)
2) Affidavit of support ( I 134) (Notarized)
3) Statement from Bank for account balance/opening dt etc. They have a std. format.
4) Copy of all pages of passport.
5) Copy of EAD & I 485 reciept, copy of driving license.
6) Copy of 2001 tax return.
7) Copy of 3 recent pay stubs.
8) Letter of invitation to parents.
9) Letter of request to Embassy.

Parents have to get 2 photographs with white backgrd.

Some people ask their parents to prepare a affidavit with list of their property etc & gving some reason that they will come back.
