Hi...I am new to here.....please..help to me.i have problem.
explain relationship===My uncle in USA(my father's young brother)uncle 40 old and my father 50 old.my uncle permanent resident in USA..i think he is got his citizen before more than 10 year ago.we are in Sri Lanka..in our family member(father(50),mother(45),sister(18) and me(17))
this is a my question-----our uncle have any way to get our family to usa?my uncle told to me he is submitted petition to get us to usa...he is got our all member birth certificates and all details and then submitted petition.....please.this is the my questions...
.(1) any one know what is the visa method he is going to use get us?
(2) normally how many time to go accept our petition and get our visa?(my uncle think normally going 10 years to accept petition..he is right?)
