HI guys, I need a little help here. I was married just after I applied for 140 concurrent with 485. Meaning her name is not included in my 485 petition, and I heard once its sent it ,I cannot amend it. I travelled to my Home country on Advance parole and returned after getting married. MY 140 Got approved this september ,and 485 is still processing .I have also recieved my 2nd fingerprint date. (not sure if these are final). What is the fastest way to bring my wife to the us? I heard 824 might be useful .Does anybody know when to File 824 ..After 485 approval or before? Please help

You can Bring Your wife as a dependant right away if your status is Non-Immigrant. What was your status before you filed for I485?
If you are on H1 then you shud be able to bring your wife..
I-824 is after I 485 Approval not before.

my status was F1 before I applied for 485. I did do labor certification ,then 140 concurrent to 485. My f1 status has expired as I left out of school right after I applied for I-140 & 485. So i guess at this time my status is Pending.
Can I still apply for my wife and bring her right away after my 485 approval.
