im new here and glad to be .

I am US citizen , mom of a son 27 years old unmarried who live overseas ( palestine ) i need to bring him to live in usa or visit whats the best and fastest way to do and how long does the process take ???

Unless you or his father had US citizenship when he was born and he's able to claim US citizenship through one or both of you, he would be in the 1st preference family category (known as FB1 or F1) for the green card, which takes about 7 years. Look at the F1 category in the visa bulletin (http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5993.html), you can see they're now completing the process for people who applied in June 2006.

You can file I-130 now to initiate the green card process. At the end of the 7 year wait there will be some additional paperwork and procedures including his interview at a US consulate.
