Bright chances for CP cases before the end of this FY

USCIS' slow processing may lead to same number of VISA numbers being available during the last quarter of FY 2008 like last year.

This means DOS may move the dates forward substantially.

There is a very bright chance that most of the CP cases may be cleared during this time.

subsequently (from July) EB3 India will move forward rapidly.

485 cases despite PD becoming current, USCIS is not adjudicating them. Reason why dates are moving forward rapidly as we are getting closer to end of FY.

To know this, you come out of your dreams and start looking at forums where you would see the facts.

I know you are one who always have been advocating against CP for the simple reason you are on 485 queue. Then, I don't know what business yopu have here!! Still, cat on the wall.. huh?

When I get my GC, I will let you know and will also let you know that it wasn't a dream. Chill out.

I am already done with the 6 months after filing 485 and am looking forward to a full time job/ consulting job with NO STRINGS Attached .

Let the GC come now or later on, it does not affect me anymore. The EAD I have will definitely come in handy for this purpose. I am sure that the dates will retrogress once the visa numbers are used up.

PS: If I had continued the CP route, I may have had the interview this month (but then I loose the fringe benefits that 485 is offering me like using AC21).
