Hi Experts,
My visa expired by Sep-2025 this visa was issued with company A.
Due to other reasons I changed employer, new employer B filed my Visa extension and employer change petition on Oct-2025 ( before expiry). Now case is under process ( its normal process). My employer is not ready to do premium process to get fast results.
In this situation, I got a new opportunity with C.
C asking to submit H1B extension approval copy. Once H1B extension is approved, C wants to file employer transfer ( as it seems an easy case to deal further ).
C feels they have less chance to get VISA extension approval if they file a petition now. (As my visa already expired on Sep-2025. )
Seeking your expert advice:
Is C can proceed with bridge petition without depending on my current employer application ( why because he is not responding) and without waiting for the current employer application to get approved ?
Note: I have valid payslips from current employer Till date
If C proceed with bridge petition, what is the chance of approval and what is the risk involved?
