Was talking to my lawyer yesterday and she said that people that call IIOs all the time are the ones that probably get RFEd.

That got me thinking ... does the adjudicating officer also see how many times one checked their online status? Web gurus might be able to say whether this is even possible.

Theoritically it is possible to monitor

but it is not practical..........Website is meant to track your case......As long as we are not bothering the IIO's we are fine

IMHO...

It is possible to track the ID of the computer that is accessing the EAC number to check status; however, it is not possible to link a person to that particular computer with certaintity and therefore holding frequent online checking against you is not really possible. In contrast, if you call to inquire about your case you are identifying yourself to the IIO and he/she will make a note about it in your electronic file. Obviously, if you call all the time the IIO may think why is the applicant so desperate? Is there something fishy with this case? Let's find out and send an RFE...

This makes sense .. the IIOs might think "What's the rush?" And they might get suspicious that you are going to lose jobs, etc.
