Hi when I was permanant resident I filled for I 130 for my husband who is in Sri Lanka. When I became a US citizen I upgraded the case and I also filled for I 129F. This past week I got a notfification saying both the I130 & I129F are approved. So would he get the K3\K4 visa and then come to the US and get the green card. How long will it take before he can come here.
