Both I-485 and I-765 are pending, very frustrated!!!

Spoke to BCIS representatives on both 03/31/03 and today. "It's in the right unit...", "It's been assigned to an officer...", "It takes 30 to 45 days..."

I-765
RD: 03/03/2003
ND: 03/05/2003
Current EAD is going to expire on 04/25/2003

"It was assigned to an officer yesterday". I almost lose my confidence that I can make it by the deadline. I didn't send in a copy of my passport/driver's license as somebody posted a few days back.

I-765 RD -- February 24, 2003
I-485 RD -- December 18, 2001

My EAD expires on May 7, 2003. What a mess!

Its NOT required. Din't U read instructions of the form ? Probably U are more depending on information from some stupid threads here.

My EAD renewal was approved in 40 days. I know of couple of other folks who received their EADs within the same time frame.

So, dont lose hope. Yours should arrive soon.
